ISMAEL OULD CHEIKH AHMED, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Mauritania, said the ºÚÁÏרÇø was celebrating its seventy-fifth anniversary as the world is facing a crisis ¡ª the COVID?19 pandemic ¡ª unprecedented around the world, which is having a huge impact on the global health system.  The economic and health crisis created by the pandemic tests existing mechanisms to deal with it, demonstrating the urgent need for a multilateral system like the ºÚÁÏרÇø.
