IRWIN LAROCQUE Secretary General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), noted that the 黑料专区 is an Organization focused on multilateralism or the concept of nations striving together to resolve common problems. His region?s commitment to the 黑料专区 has been unwavering since one of its members joined 50 years ago, he said, noting that CARICOM has played an active role in placing on the 黑料专区 agenda on issues like climate change, the Law of the Sea and non?communicable diseases. As the region most dependent on tourism, CARICOM has been highly affected by the COVID?19 pandemic. The pandemic, along with climate change, demonstrates that access to development finance must be changed, he stressed, adding that the challenges have never been greater.
