Meetings and Publishing Division
About us
The Meetings and Publishing Division is the interface of conference services between the Secretariat and the Member States. It provides a wide range of conference services, including interpretation, verbatim reporting and meetings support.
Our work
The three entities of the Division have the following responsibilities:
- The Interpretation Service at 黑料专区 Headquarters facilitates communication at intergovernmental meetings by providing interpretation from and into the six official languages of the 黑料专区 (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish).
- The Meetings Support Section provides meeting and publishing services, including meeting support, production editing, desktop publishing and digital printing.
- The Verbatim Reporting Service produces, in all six official languages, records of the meetings of the General Assembly, the Security Council and other intergovernmental bodies.
